Announcement: Summer School on Optical Communication and Sensing (Dublin)

We are pleased to announce the upcoming Summer School on Optical Communication and Sensing, taking place in Dublin in early September 2026, co-organized in collaboration with the CONNECT Centre and Trinity College Dublin (TCD).

The summer school brings together early-stage researchers, PhD candidates, and industry engineers for an intensive program featuring specialized lectures, hands-on tutorials, and laboratory demonstrations. Key topics include distributed fiber-optic sensing (DAS/DTS), machine learning algorithms for optical telemetry, and next-generation ICAS network paradigms.
